The acceptable spam score or spam rate is 0.1%, anything above than this or higher will get your account or IP address blocked to prevent sending even more of unwanted email or stuff.
A blacklist is a database which helps to determine the legitimacy of an email address or IP address. These are run by reputed or independent organisations to defend email spamming, phishing and fraudulent activities of illegitimate email senders or spammers. These organisations have intimate connections with giant ISPs and free webmail services to defend blacklisted email messages getting into their users inbox.
What to do if my spam score is high?
To rectify this issue, click on the spam score which leads to an entry and a page gets opens and there you can search for the issue which caused your email message to get blacklisted. Once you found that link, URL or any content included in your email, rectify it or contact the blacklist to see what can be done to remove it.
