All about Feedback Loop

This is a service offered by ISPs, when a subscriber hits the spam button or mark an email as spam then it reports a complaint to that of senders. It keeps up the major hand in helping the senders to maintain a clean list.

Senders should use such service to know about their subscriber's complaints and to take required action as the complaints help to evaluate the issues associated with content, subject lines and sending frequency.

This will in turn helps to prevent the future complaints and will notify the issues associated with that of particular email campaigns which is the major cause for deliverability issues.

How do I receive such complaints?
Since MailGoes is sending email campaigns on your behalf, this is considered as the host or sender and hence the complaints or the reports will be received by MailGoes.

When we receive it, we automatically remove it from your list to avoid confusion and send it with an updated list like the number of reports you received in the past for your clarifications.

You can track these spam complaints for each campaign you received by using an option “Spam Complaints” in report section.
