MailGoes position on spam
If you send an unsolicited email to your subscribers knowingly or unknowingly using a Mailgoes account then it is strictly prohibited in the terms of use and MailGoes service agreement. It is considered to be illegal according to CAN SPAM Act.
You might be an expert in crafting email messages but while using MailGoes auto-responders sending emails someone who does not asked for or who do not requested for it, finally ends up in marking as spam or you are spamming. In such cases, your account will be closed or deactivated.
